Nerja... The Jewel of the Costa del Sol.

You’ll find Nerja on the eastern side of the Costa del Sol of southern Spain, a wonderful town in which to rest and enjoy your holiday. Situated just 50 kms. from Malaga and an hour and a half to Granada. You can enjoy Nerja’s sub-tropical climate all year round. Its coastline offers a wide variety of beaches from the Burriana, situated in the town, to the small coves and headlands surrounding Maro and beyond. El Paseo de los Carabineros, a winding picturesque pathway beneath the small cliffs of Nerja that joins the Burriana with the town center and the famous Balcony of Europe. For nature lovers, there are the beaches, the open countryside, mountain walks, excursions into the hills on horseback or with a 4x4, and the famous Nerja Caves that includes the beautiful summer Ballet and Dance festival. Close by, an 18 hole golf course just 10 minutes drive along the motorway as well as the picturesque Marinas del Este, a small marina, in the neighboring village of La Herradura. There are a wide variety of bars and restaurants to cater for all pockets and tastes.
